Frederick Family Inc. is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to strengthening the fabric of Frederick, Montgomery, and Prince George Counties by serving our most vulnerable residents. We specialize in bridging the gap between individuals and the essential services they need to live with dignity and independence. Our primary focus is on supporting the elderly, assisting individuals with disabilities, and guiding recently released inmates as they reintegrate into society.
To serve our communities by acting as a compassionate and trusted connector, ensuring that the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and recently released inmates have equitable and immediate access to the housing, healthcare, and vocational resources necessary to thrive, regain independence, and build a sustainable future.
To build deeply inclusive and supportive communities across Frederick, Montgomery, and Prince George Counties where the elderly, disabled, and reentering citizens are fully integrated into the fabric of society, empowered with the tools to succeed, and provided with sustainable opportunities that foster dignity, hope, and lasting self-sufficiency.
We help navigate aging-in-place, healthcare coordination, and senior housing options. We provide direct assistance with Medicare and Medicaid applications, coordinate home healthcare services, and connect our elders with meal delivery programs to ensure they live with dignity.
Connecting individuals with disabilities to vocational rehabilitation, accessible housing, and SSI/SSDI application assistance. We act as a liaison to specialized training centers and work with local partners to ensure reasonable accommodations are met in the workplace and at home.
Providing a stabilizing bridge for those recently released to find housing, second-chance employment, and digital literacy training. We offer interview clothing closet access, emergency barrier busting funds for transportation, and job readiness workshops to ensure a successful return to society.
